The host can control various aspects of a Zoom meeting, such as managing the participants, breakout rooms, and recording.  If you ever join a meeting you scheduled and don't have that type of control over your meeting you may need to claim host.

Claim Host

1. Click Participants in the Zoom meeting controls.
   
   
   
   
2. At the bottom of the participants list, click Claim Host.
   
   
   
   
3. Click Sign In to Claim Host.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Sign in with SSO.
   
   
   
   
5. If required, type ncsu in the company domain field and click Continue to complete the authentication process.
