As a group manager, you can customize who can send email to your group. This setting can be overridden by posting permissions set on individual members of your group.
- Sign in to Google Groups.
- Click My Groups.
- To the right of the name of your group, click Group settings (gear icon).
- Scroll down until you see the Who can post setting and choose your preference.
- Click Save changes.
Post Settings Explained
- Group managers: Users with the manager role.
- Group members: Users with the member role. Everyone in the group has a member role by default.
- Entire organization: Anyone who has a ncsu.edu email address can email the group.
- Anyone on the web: Anyone can send an email to your group.
