From your Admin dashboard, select Pages from the left-hand menu and click on either Add New or All Pages (and then select the page you would like to edit). Once you are on the Edit Page screen, look to the right of the main text box for the Page Attributes box. Here you will be able to assign a parent page to the current page. All pages are initially top- level (no parent) by default.
