In the WordPress Admin Panel, look under Appearance. Here you will see a menu item for Themes. WordPress.ncsu.edu limits the number of themes you have access to, though many of them can be customized quite extensively. Our hosted Wordpress option provides a broader selection of themes than are available in the free Wordpress blogs environment

Once you've chosen your theme, select Customize from the Appearance menu. Here you'll find various options to customize the colors, menus, layout and other visual aspects of your theme.
