What if I can't log in to the computer?


ClassTech PCs are accessed using your regular Unity ID and Password. Typically, if you cannot log in, you may have mistakenly entered the wrong password. 

In most cases, this can be solved over the phone by calling the Help Desk (5-4357).  They will be able to reset your account password and the computer will prompt you to re-enter a new password.  In some cases, the network connection to the computer could be lost, requiring technical support.  You should receive an error message reporting that the computer cannot connect to the WOLFTECH domain.

There is a local account that can be used for guest users, and in cases where the network is down. Simply use the following credentials:
